As stated in the Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act, a $2,000 grant can be issued to the recycling coordinator in each county of the State in order to inform residents in each county about this Act and opportunities to recycle CEDs and EEDs.  The recycling coordinator is required to expend the $2,000 grant before December 31 of the program year in which the grant is received.  The recycling coordinator shall maintain records that document the use of the grant funds.

The recycling coordinator as defined in the Act means the person designated by each county waste management plan to administer the county recycling program, as set forth in the Solid Waste Management Act.
