  • Environmental Pathways -- Youth Investigating Pollution Issues in Illinois is a free packet of materials including a teacher's guide, posters for display in the classroom, and information on the statewide poster and poetry/prose exhibition. The Environmental Pathways packet was designed to meet the North American Association for Environmental Education's Guidelines for Excellence. It is correlated to the Illinois Learning Standards.
  • Poster, Poetry, and Prose Exhibit illustrates what Illinois students have learned in the Illinois EPA's environmental education program. Learn about this year's exhibit, and see the results from previous years.
  • Lake Education Assistance Program provides funding to educators and non-profit organizations for inland lake/lake watershed educational activities.
  • Earth Stewardship Day is an annual event for Sangamon County 4th grade students in order to expose them to the interdependence of humans and the natural resources.
